About the Author Muhammad Munwar 'Ali, popularly known as Abu Muntasir, is the founder and president of JIMAS (Jam’iat Ihyaa Minhaaj Al-Sunnah), or The Association to Revive the Way of the Messenger, a non-sectarian registered charity in the UK. He has been involved in Muslim community work and propagating Islam in the UK for nearly 25 years. Abu Muntasir is the son of Mohar ‘Ali, the late professor at Dacca University, Bangladesh, who was a scholar of Islam, history, and the Arabic language and who was awarded the King Faisal International Prize in 2000. |
