About the Author Dr. Naceur Jabnoun obtained his doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh, USA. He has taught at the International Islamic University Malaysia, been head of the Department of Business Administration at the University of Sharjah, and been a senior consultant to the Ras al-Khaimah government and the Sheikh Saqr Program for Government Excellence, which was founded to develop future leaders by supporting and developing the talents of exceptional students in the United Arab Emirates. |
